A few notes...

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE'S WEBSITE LOSES ITS STARS AND STRIPES. Not only does the new website lack patriotism, it contains a quote by a man who paved the way for a greater role for socialists and communists at the U.N. and the global "workers rights movement." The dark-gray themed website predominately displays a quote by C. Wilfred Jenks: "The common law is the will of mankind issuing from the life of the people." In the late 1930s and after WWII, Jenks was a leader of the "international law" movement and a long-time member of the United Nations' International Labor Organization, and author of a number of globalist tracts. While Ashcroft was at the Dept., the website displayed an American flag and the theme colors were red, white, and blue. Spectator, 7-19-10.
