National Day of Prayer at STATE CAPITOL TOMORROW - Plan to attend!

From Wisconsin Family Council:

Come join us this Thursday, May 6, from 12-1 p.m. at the King Street entrance of the State Capitol for the National Day of Prayer! Wisconsin Family Council is working with the National Day of Prayer Task Force state coordinator to facilitate a time for Christians to gather in Madison to pray for our state, nation, families, churches, communities, culture and military. In response to the message we sent out yesterday, several Wisconsin pilots are taking part inPrayerFlight and at least one will be flying over the Capitol during our event, praying for our capital city and our state from the air.

It seems that the Madison-based Freedom From Religion Foundation will be protesting at the Capitol on Thursday. FFRF is the atheist organization that won the federal lawsuit ruling that the federal National Day of Prayer statute is unconstitutional, a ruling handed down by a federal judge located in Madison. Let's make sure that our American heritage of prayer is upheld at the State Capitol tomorrow with a good showing of people who are committed to praying for our nation!
