Victory in November Starts NOW!
Attention Eagles:
This time last year, grassroots activists like you began the process of taking our country back from big spending, anti-family liberals by attending Town Hall Meetings and visiting your Members of Congress during summer recess and telling them to say NO to big government legislation like Obamacare and Cap and Trade.
Because Americans got involved, we are now seeing excellent candidates throughout the country running for Congress on solid conservative principles.
We need you to stay involved to get these conservatives elected and get our country back on the right track.
Here are three things you can do between now and the election to help take back America!

Because Americans got involved, we are now seeing excellent candidates throughout the country running for Congress on solid conservative principles.
We need you to stay involved to get these conservatives elected and get our country back on the right track.
Here are three things you can do between now and the election to help take back America!
- Encourage Friends and Family to Vote The election will be here before we know it! Be sure you’re properly registered to vote and that you have requested an absentee ballot if necessary. Encourage your friends and family to do the same. Every vote counts! Tell your friends and family that in this time of close elections, candidates are winning by several hundred to less than 100 votes. One Eagle Forum-endorsed candidate won his primary by ONE VOTE on election night. When elections are close, recounts are necessary and that opens the door to greater taxpayer expense and for elections to be stolen. We want elections to be decided on Election Day by the voters, not weeks later by lawyers and judges. That’s why we need for everyone to get out and vote! Click here for more information on registering to vote, early voting and obtaining absentee ballots.
- Become a Poll Watcher We know that liberals will try to steal elections they can’t win on principle through voter fraud. YOU are the best defense against voter fraud. Did you know that conservatives are highly underrepresented as poll watchers at polling places throughout the country? One of the greatest contributions you can make to our great nation is defending the integrity of our voting system by serving as a poll watcher. Click here or contact your local political party representative to find out what you need to do to become a poll watcher.
- Identify and Support Conservative Candidates We encourage you to do all you can to help conservatives in your area. Please contact the campaign. Get your friends and family together to spend a few hours knocking on doors so others will know who the conservative choice is on Election Day. Campaigns also need money to help defend against liberal attacks. We encourage you to contribute financially to solid conservative candidates. We know these are difficult financial times, but even small contributions make a big difference! Many large donors will not give to candidates unless they show local support, so your donation contributes far more than the cash value. Please visit Eagle Forum’s PAC website regularly to see the candidates who have met our high standard for endorsement, including our 75-question survey, personal interviews with the candidates, and input from our Eagle Forum state leaders. Click here to help Eagle Forum propel these solid conservative candidates to victory. You can only vote once for conservative candidates in 2010 but through your contribution to Eagle Forum PAC, you can help elect conservatives throughout the country to take back America!
Faithfully,
Phyllis
P.S. Congress will return from recess in mid-September. The liberals know their days in power are short, and they’re desperate to use the time they have to “remake America ” into a Socialist nation. We need to stay vigilant and hold them accountable. We will continue to let you know what they’re trying to do and what you can do to stop it. So please, keep watching your email for Eagle Forum Action Alerts and take action!
P.S.S. Please forward this email to 10 of your friends, encouraging them to subscribeto the Eagle Forum email list. Subscribers to our email list receive advanced notice of upcoming Town Hall Meetings in their area.

A few notes...
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE'S WEBSITE LOSES ITS STARS AND STRIPES. Not only does the new website lack patriotism, it contains a quote by a man who paved the way for a greater role for socialists and communists at the U.N. and the global "workers rights movement." The dark-gray themed website predominately displays a quote by C. Wilfred Jenks: "The common law is the will of mankind issuing from the life of the people." In the late 1930s and after WWII, Jenks was a leader of the "international law" movement and a long-time member of the United Nations' International Labor Organization, and author of a number of globalist tracts. While Ashcroft was at the Dept., the website displayed an American flag and the theme colors were red, white, and blue. Spectator, 7-19-10.

Voter Fraud: Did Your Dead Uncle Vote in 2009?
This Week in Fighting Voter Fraud:
DID YOUR DEAD UNCLE VOTE IN 2008?
Find out at https://vpa.wi.gov
In the 2008 election, Barb Struck of Ozaukee County discovered that her deceased mother’s name was still on the polling list. In an attempt to have her mother’s name removed she discovered her mother voted in a previous election after she had passes away! What a surprise, her mother was always determined but this was beyond the pale! So Barb went about getting the name taken off the list and after communicating with the Government Accountability Board, the name was finally removed.
Now it’s your turn, do you know someone who may still be listed on the state voter registration list and shouldn’t be? There is an easy way to find out; this is how you do it:
There is a very valuable tool on the internet called “VPA” – Voter Public Access(https://vpa.wi.gov ). By entering a name and birthdate you can check the voting status of your mother, father, children, aunts, uncles, all of your family and friends, living, deceased, or those who have moved to another area. Who knows, you may discover that someone who died or moved out of state is still voting! If so, call your municipal clerk (Google: “wis municipal clerks” for name and contact information) and have the incorrect name removed from the list. If the “name” is in another municipality call the Government Accountability Board at 608-266-8005.
While you’re at it, why don’t you call your municipal clerk or GAB and ask them for all the names registered at your address? If there are incorrect names, ask them to have them removed.
IMPORTANT: In both of the above scenarios, if you have found an incorrect registration, you can ask if that “name” voted in any of the last elections. Or you can enter the name and birthdate into https://vpa.wi.gov , click on the name, scroll down to “View Your Voting History” and determine if this “name” voted in past elections.
If there was a vote, A FELONY has been committed. We encourage you to file a criminal complaint at your local district attorney’s office. Make sure your D.A. copies you, as well as Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen.
Right now, there are 70,000 names on the statewide voter registration list that have failed the required identification checks, but the Government Accountability Board is hesitant to take these names off because they might “disenfranchise” someone. Never mind the fact that these people could simply reregister if their names were removed in error. Names that no longer should be on the list are still “active” and can be used by those who do not play by the rules.
