Prior to midnight yesterday, Liberty Counsel filed a federal lawsuit against the newly signed healthcare law on behalf of Liberty University. The suit names as defendants the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury, Timothy Geithner, the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, the Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, and the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, in their official capacities overseeing the enormous government expansion in health care regulations.

University Students slam-dunk the Republican Vote
A superior example of college students exercising their voting rights in a powerful way and gaining a voice for the generations to come. Wisconsin is working on key leadership positions as well, and this is a testimony of encouragement to grassroots organizations across the nation. The shofar has been sounded.
In dramatic fashion, Virginia ushered in three pro-life, pro-family, conservative Republicans, who will serve in key state offices: Governor Bob McDonnell, Lt. Governor Bill Bolling, and Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli....The stunning victory is attributed solely to the voting block of the students, faculty and staff at Liberty University. Chancellor Jerry Falwell Jr. encouraged the students at Liberty to register and vote locally, resulting in more than 3,000 new voters. The majority of the students vote in Precinct 20 at Heritage Elementary School. The students voted for pro-life and pro-family values and for limited government....The dramatic triumph of conservative and pro-family values at the polls should send a message to all elected officials – the people want leaders who stand for limited government, lower taxes, and family values.
